These services include a physical Queensland street address for ASIC and ABN registrations and marketing, along with mail notifications and optional scanning and forwarding.

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using our Website, or by submitting an application or enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Website and services. Our services are intended for commercial/business use only.

We are not liable for any consequential or indirect loss arising from mail handling (including missed deadlines, lost business opportunities, or regulatory penalties).

Remove our address from ASIC, ABR, all marketing materials, websites, and business profiles within 5 business days.
We reserve the right to take reasonable steps (including notifying relevant authorities) to remove our address from your registrations if you fail to do so.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Notices
Notices under these Terms may be given by email. Notices sent by email are deemed received 24 hours after sending, unless the sender receives a delivery failure notification.
14. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements.
